What does Premier Mission mean to you?
Our culture of “Deliver Happiness, Create Raving Fans and Beautify our world” is Fantastic, it gives me the opportunity to give something back to our customers, my fellow staff and our suppliers. It is simple and very achievable, a smile, a follow up thank you once a job has been completed, lending a helping hand, returning every customers/suppliers call, going the extra mile for anyone, treat people how I would like to be treated, having a firm belief that I am beautifying our world by supplying quality bricks in New Subdivisions to improve the aesthetics, providing beautiful patio’s for our customers to enjoy quality family and social time, are all small things that I can practise daily to Ensure I’m easy to get along with and can be trusted and relied upon.

My Name is Isaac Clare, I’ve been with Premier for 4 years starting out in operations in the Tauranga Drycast Factory then moved into a sales role where I have been for the last 2 odd years.
My interests are spending time with my family, fishing, rugby, beach and general socialising and participating in my Christian faith.
Premier is a company that I love to be a part of, I share the same values, carry the same passion in Beatifying our world, creating raving fans thru exceptional customer service, and delivering happiness thru providing solutions for everyone and helping those in need either during my working day or in my spare time with helping out at charity organisations.
Premier have given me the great opportunity to grow my skill set so I can be that best I can be. I enjoy meeting new people, listening to others stories, sharing ideas which all leads to everyone helping to make the world a better and safer place.
